A gentle hatha yoga practice followed by yoga nidra.
We start with 45 minutes of a gentle, balanced yoga practice before coming to rest on our backs for 30-45 minutes of guided relaxation and meditation. No experience in yoga or meditation required, but due to the nature of the practice, this event is for those over 16 years of age.

A yoga mat and anything to make yourself comfortable during yoga nidra (I recommend at least a small cushion or towel for beneath your head).
